Storage Lease Rules, Terms & Conditions

The Rules

1. We are not responsible for accidents. No Persons under 18 without Supervision

2. Keep clear of the gate. You break it, you pay for it.

3. Secure your property. We are not liable for your belongings in any way.

4. Pick up after yourself. Take trash with you

Terms & Conditions

1. Rent is due on the first and late on the 5th. Late fee is $25

2. Lockouts performed on the 10th.

3. 30 days late results in all belongings being thrown away and the cost will be passed on to the tenant. 

4. All tenants must abide by all applicable laws.

5. Landlord reserves the right to inspect a unit with 24 hours notice to the tenant.

6. Tenant must secure their leased property.

7. Tenant may purchase renters insurance at their own expense.

8. No Animals. No Animals in enclosed unit. No loose animals property.

9. No living in units or on property.

10. No sleeping in units or on property

11. No public restrooms. 

12. Storage yards must be free of trash.

13. Stored vehicles are not allowed to leak fluids that may seep into the ground.

14. All tenants are to conduct themselves in a professional manner. We reserve the right to remove unwanted persons from the property and have them trespassed.
